Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Woodsfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade, one-story below grade, four-room elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The work includes construction for a 4-bedroom ranch-style handicapped accessible home. The home will have a basement (storage area), garage, front porch and rear deck/covered porch. Each bedroom will have access to a bathroom with an ADA accessible shower. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount or by certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. Bidders must comply with the State prevailing wage rates. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. If bids are 10% over the estimated project cost, the owner will have the option to rebid the project. QA date - 2-20-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work will be substantially completed within 290 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
