Site work for a water / sewer project in Woodsfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of August 18, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded between August 31st and September 15th, 2025.** The work shall consist of the construction and installation of approximately 4,800 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch and smaller diameter gravity sewer line, 27 manholes, 6,280 LF of 30-inch and smaller diameter gravity storm line, 57 catch basins, 3 stormwater outfalls, storm-sewer separation connections, surface restoration, and all other necessary appurtenances. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standard Provisions and the Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates for Monroe County, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). The Contractor shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, orders, and regulations relating to the performance of the work required to complete their Contract. Note that the bid hold time is 90 days. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President s Executive Order No. 11246. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. Upon Issuing Office s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder s delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to E.L. Robinson Engineering Company . Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
