Construction and Subsequent Maintenance Period of One (1) Year to Wit: Boardman Wastewater Treatment Plant Belt Press Replacement - Improvement # 536 7980 E. Parkside Drive Boardman Township, Mahoning County, Ohio Contracts for Work under this Bid will obligate the Contractor to comply with all Federal, State and Local Laws, Statutes and Ordinances including licensing of Contractors, Wage Rates and non-discriminating hiring practices. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed in no more than THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE (365) CALENDAR DAYS from the date of the notice to proceed. For all bids in excess of $50,000.00 a certified check representing TEN percent (10%) of the proposal, drawn on a solvent bank, and payable to the Mahoning County Treasurer, or a bid bond in the sum of TEN percent (10%) of the proposal in lieu thereof must accompany each and every proposal as a guarantee that if that bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into with the Board of County Commissioners, in the manner provided by law. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required after the award of the contract. However, if the item bid is available for immediate delivery and specified as such in the bid, a performance bond will not be required. The Board of Mahoning County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. No bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. Bids of Corporations not chartered in Ohio MUST be accompanied by proper certifications that such Corporation is licensed to do business in Ohio.
