Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

As of July 10, 2025 this project was awarded to METHODS Consulting - U3P, but the awarded amount is not available The work will consist of providing engineering documents and design services for the 400 South Bridge Replacement Over the Jordan River project through a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) project delivery method. The construction contractor herein shall be referred to as the CM/GC Contractor. Questions Due Date: May 29th 2025, 5:00 PM MDT The work will consist of providing engineering documents and design services for the 400 South Bridge Replacement Over the Jordan River project through a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) project delivery method. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Interest or to waive any informality or technicality in any Statement of Qualifications and Interest if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Statements of Qualifications and Interest delivered to any other location will not be accepted. Emails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered.
