Remodeling of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Remodeling approximately 26,000 square feet of existing space on the second floor of the City Center building to accommodate the University of Utah Games Program. Carpet Replacement The schedule is tight on this project with five months of construction availability. The substantial completion date is set for November 3rd to provide 2 weeks for punchlist and certificate of occupancy delivery completion by mid-November. This is a hard and important timeline constraint to provide the ability for the staff to move in and prepare for the spring semester instruction of 2026. The damages and liabilities have been set appropriately based on the determined risk and impact that delayed completion will have on the program.
