This project is within an active emergency department, and main entrance to hospital The project is located emergency department adjacent to other active patient care areas above and around the construction site. This project will be held to the highest infection control standards for hospital construction. The project schedule is going to have to be accurate and concise, given the disruption of all surrounding areas. Given the nature of the project location the successful contractor will need to have extensive healthcare related construction experience as a general contractor, with management of various sub-contractors. The Contractor for the project must be a Utah licensed General Contractor. Association with other individuals or firms having appropriate professional expertise is acceptable. The University will enter into a single agreement with the successful Contractor.
