DANIEL MORGAN PARKING LOT CONSTRUCTION" followed by your firm name and address. Sealed Proposals must be delivered to the Office of Purchasing, Office address, or mailed to the mailing address. Facsimile and other electronic forms of Proposal will not be accepted. All sealed Proposals must be received, and then will be publicly opened. Sealed Proposals are subject to the conditions and all provisions set forth herein and attached.
