Sea Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Hoffman Construction Company, General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) for the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Enhancements Project ("Project") being performed for Port of Seattle ("Owner") requests qualifications for Bid Package: EC/CM.
