The Port of Seattle is conducting an informational meeting to interested proposers to explain the scope of work and project requirements associated with the future Concourse B, C, D - HVAC Infrastructure Renewal/Replacement Project (CHIRRP)- GC/CM at the Sea-Tac International Airport. The Port of Seattle is not responsible for any costs incurred for attending this Informational Meeting. Informational Meeting for Port of Seattle MC-0322388 - Concourse B, C, D - HVAC Infrastructure Renewal/Replacement Project (CHIRRP) - GC/CM Scope of Work The Port of Seattle will be accepting proposals to provide GC/CM services for the Concourse B, C, D - HVAC Infrastructure Renewal/Replacement Project (CHIRRP. The Port intends to award a General Contractor/Construction Manager contract utilizing a competitive negotiation process authorized by 39.11.350. The primary focus of the Concourse HVAC Infrastructure Renewal and Replacement Program (CHIRRP) is the renewal and replacement of the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and the addition of smoke control or management systems within Concourses B, C, and D. The project scope will include replacement or refurbishment of rooftop air handing equipment and associated penthouses, removal of ramp level air handling equipment including re-routing associated mechanical ducting, addition of smoke control and or smoke management infrastructure and systems, structural modifications, and emergency power upgrades. This project also includes replacing the ceiling, lighting and fire sprinklers in the concourses. The estimated completion date for the project is 3rd Quarter 2034.
