Fire Suppression and Detection System Inspection, Testing, and Certification services are required for the Federal Detention Center (FDC) SeaTac. The contractor must be a Washington State licensed and bonded commercial fire systems testing and inspection company. Services must be completed by August 31, 2025. The contract will be a firm-fixed price award and is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 922160 with a size standard of $25,000,000. Evaluation criteria include price and past performance. Quotes must be submitted in PDF format via email by 2:00 p.m. PST on August 22, 2025, and must remain valid for 30 calendar days. All applicable FAR clauses and provisions are incorporated, including those related to contractor conduct, privacy, equal opportunity, and electronic payment.
