Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Seatac, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The 2025 Airfield Projects Contract 2 SCE CARGO 3 & 6 includes asphalt and concrete pavement replacement at Cargo 3 for the construction of a new parking lot in front of the United Airlines Maintenance Building, the conversion of the existing United Airlines parking lot into an AOA COBUS parking area with increased lighting, and the addition of new ground-load air-craft parking positions at Cargo 6, which includes asphalt and concrete pavement replacement, installation of two new nose tie-downs for 747 aircraft, and the relocation of one fuel hydrant pit. The work area is located on the Air Operations Area (AOA), of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, 17801 International Boulevard, City of SeaTac. WA98.168. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $4 Million - $6 Million. The apprentice labor hours required for this project are 15% of the total labor hours. The undersigned agrees to utilize this level of apprentice participation. A monetary incentive will be paid to the Contractor for meeting the apprentice utilization requirement. A monetary penalty will be applied to the Contractor for failing to meet the utilization requirement and failing to demonstrate a Good Faith Effort. Refer to Section 01 32 45 Apprenticeship Utilization. The Contractor shall include all related costs in the unit Bid prices of the Contract, included but not limited to implementing, developing, documenting, and administering an apprenticeship utilization program, recording, and reporting hours and all other costs to comply with this requirement. Question Cut-Off Date - August 04, 2025 Online - Q&A Time limit for substantial completion of the work is 253 calendar days. The WMBE utilization goal is 8% for this contract. By submission of a bid, the Bidder certifies they will comply with all local, state, federal, and other laws, rules, regulations, and other requirements applicable to its operations relating to environmental responsibility, worker safety, labor, anti-discrimination and anti-human trafficking. The Bidder/Proposer is also acknowledging that it will adhere to the Values and Standards of the Port of Seattle. A copy of the ThirdParty Expectations is included in Document 00 83 00.
