Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description: Exterior Masonry/Roofs Liquidated Damages: Fifteen Hundred ($1,500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Effective December 30, 2024 all Contractors and Subcontractors must register with the Department of Labor. A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form. Pursuant to the SCAs authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. If the Bidder is not prequalified at the time of the bid opening its bid will not be accepted.
