The Work is Generally Described as Follows: The Project Consists of Regrading the Runway 30 Safety Area (Approximately 1,000 Lf X 500 Lf) Bid Security is Required in The Form of a Bid Bond Equal to 5% of the Total Bid with a Maximum Amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). Contract Security in the Form of 100% Performance and Payment bonds Will Be Required. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After Closing Time for the Receipt of Bids for a Period Of one-hundred Twenty (120) Days. Question Deadline 06/09/2025 at 2:00 PM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Engineer and provided no later than Seventy-Two (72) hours prior to the advertised bid opening.
