Renovation of a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SD62 is seeking Electrical Contractors to perform work to replace the existing fire alarm system with new at Hans Helgesen Elementary School. Included in scope is replacement of the existing fire alarm system including wiring, and provision of lighting to illuminate the fire lane on the south side of the school, cleaning, and final review. A complete fire alarm system to be supplied and installed including but not limited to Fire Alarm Control panel, Annunciator, initiation and notification devices, lighting fixtures, wiring and conduit. The installation shall be fully commissioned prior to handing over to SD62. Question Deadline 05/27/2025 In writing not less than three (3) business days before the Tender closing date.
