The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the complete construction of a hardened structure. Question Deadline 06/02/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Every request for interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents must be submitted in written format to Cherokee Nation Procurement Department. All bids from General Contractors shall be whole and assume all sub-contracts and divisions of labor. The project must be completed within 90 Days to Complete as specified on bid response sheet after Notice to Proceed issued by Cherokee Nation.
