** As of June 10, 2025, project was awarded to JNB Construction and General Contracting but awarded amount is not available.** Install New LVP and Remove/Install New Cove Base Trim Housing Authority Offices The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation (HACN) is seeking contractors for providing labor only to install flooring and cove base installation in the following five (5) office locations: Grove, Vinita, Bartlesville, Pryor and Hulbert Grove: Chopper Heights; 434 Chopper Court, Grove, Ok 74344 Vinita: Tom Buffington Heights; 900 McNelis #31-B, Vinita, Ok 74301 Bartlesville: Keeler Heights; 1003 S. Virginia, Bartlesville, Ok 74003 Pryor: Cherokee Heights; 100 Cherokee Heights, Pryor, Ok 74361 Hulbert: Proctor Heights; 900 Basham Drive, Hulbert, Ok 74441 Each office location includes office spaces, file rooms, kitchen area, public restrooms and open communal space. The office varies in layout, but contain between 1,000sf - 2,500sf per project. Total project is estimated to include 10,000sf of flooring installation across all five locations. The project will include the overlay of floating (locking) Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) over existing VCT flooring, no demolition will be required of the existing flooring. The contractor shall provide light moving of limited office furniture and appliances, removal of all existing cove base, and cleaning prior to installation. The selected contractor shall dispose of all trash and waste after the project is completed. All flooring materials, including vinyl cove base and adhesive, will be provided by HACN. The contractor shall provide the labor and equipment to complete the installation including cutting tools, marking tools, measuring tools and other items to complete installation. Respondents shall be selected based on good standing with TERO, SAMs, cost and prior work history with Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation and/or Cherokee Nation.
