Asphalt Paving. Questions Due Date: Jun 3rd 2025, 12:00 PM PDT The Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, has determined the general prevailing rates of per diem wages applicable to this work. The Contractor shall abide by the provisions of the California Labor Code 1773, the general prevailing rates of per diem wages and holiday and overtime work in the locality in which the work is to be performed has been obtained from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. Visit http://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/PublicWorks.html for detail. Also a copy can be made available by the district to any interested party upon request. The Contractor shall post a copy of the prevailing rate of per diem wages at the job site. Contractors shall register and meet requirements using the online application before bidding on public works contracts in California. Contractor's performance of the Work described in this Notice Inviting Bids is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations. Site walkthrough notes: ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY: Bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting and the associated project site(s) walk thru for comprehensive project scope delineation. Failure to attend this pre-bid meeting and its associated project site walk(s) will disqualify bidders from participating in bidding on this project. Under no circumstances will the District be responsible for contractor's late arrival at the pre-bid meeting and the associated project site walk locations. The sign-in sheet must be signed at the beginning of the pre-bid meeting and at each of the project site walk locations. All participants will be required to leave a business card with their CSLB# an DIR# on it. If the DIR# is not imprinted, please provide on the sign in sheet. Value :$60,000 to $200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
