The scope of work for Contract No. 25-R01 (Contact A) consists of approximately 2,000 square yards of Superpave WMA scratch course, Tons of Superpave WMA Wearing Course, base repair, structure grade adjustments, traffic control, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. The scope of work for Contract No. 25-R01 (Contract B) generally consists of approximately 900 square yards Stone Subbase, Superpave WMA Binder Course, Superpave WMA wearing course; base repair, linestriping, installation of fencing and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. Interested parties may contact the Borough for access information prior to the date and time identified herein. The project is being financed, in part, by CFA via a LSA Grant. Bidder must agree to comply with all requirements associated with the grants. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Oklahoma. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Attention is directed to the fact that procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania "Steel Products Procurement Act, Act No. 1978-3"; and for Contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act of 1961 P.L. 987), and The Public Works Employment Verification Act (July 2012) apply.
