Background The Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 will be accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified State of Texas registered Professional Firms or Individuals for the purpose of providing and rendering Archaeological Surveying Services in order to establish a pre-qualified pool on an "As Needed Basis" per project for all Drainage District projects and/or applicable Programs and/or Entities requiring said services as set forth in the requirements. Upon approval and acceptance by Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 Board of Directors, the term of the pre-qualified pool of Archaeological Services will be for a period of Five (5) years. Question Submission Deadline: May 28, 2025, 5:00pm. Question Response Deadline: May 30, 2025, 5:00pm. AWARD Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 anticipates accepting all qualified firms to our Pool. No award can be made until approved by Hidalgo County Board of Directors. This RFQ does not obligate Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 to the eventual purchase of any product and/or service described, implied or which may be proposed. Progress toward this end is solely at the discretion of Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1, and may be terminated at any time prior to execution of an agreement.
