Renovation of an educational facility in Olean, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of light fixture replacement found throughout the Olean Intermediate Middle School Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Electrical Contract Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Document Note: Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after award of receipt of bids and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit.
