**As of February 27, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Scope: Remove existing stone ballast, prepare membrane for new cover board and membrane, reflash existing equipment and replace roof edge. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked. Any bid not clearly marked will not be considered. All bids must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE and Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid total. All substitutions are to be submitted at time of bid as per the contract documents. No substitutions will be considered after the bid date. Any bid submitted without such certification and bid bond will not be accepted. Any bid not meeting all specifications will not be considered. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible bid. The low bidder must complete and return the Vendor Responsibility Form within the required timeframe or risk automatic rejection of the bid. Subcontractors working for $35,000 or more must also complete this form within 5 days of the pre-construction meeting; a waiver request is required for subcontractors under this amount. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor of every kind required to complete the roof replacement, and perform all other incidental work in the most substantial and workmanlike manner, and do everything required by the Contract Documents as defined herein. A general scope of work is given on page D-5. The total bid price shall be the sum of all materials, installation and labor costs as defined herein. Each unit bid price shall be entered both in words and numerically in the spaces provided. In the event of a discrepancy the words will be used for tabulation purposes.
