The project consists of the following: Site lighting and electrical work as shown on the plans. Site lighting poles and associated foundations, fixtures, branch circuits (including breakers in panel board), and lighting controls. Receptacles, lighting, and associated branch circuits (including breakers in panel board) in the new shelter pavilion. Coordination with Site Contractor for phasing of work. Site restoration of areas required for electrical trenching where no site grading is being performed by others (such as the circuit down the center of the dog park area) or in areas where electrical contractor did not perform trenching and backfill prior to Site Contractor completing site restoration work. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on July 11th, 2025. Q&A and/or Addendum will be distributed via email to bidders who requested Bidding Documents directly from the Issuing Office. Doc Notes: Those requesting electronic copies of the Bidding Documents will be added to a list of prospective bidders, for the purpose of distributing any Addendum or Q&A. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
