Anderson School District Five is looking to contract with a qualified vendor to Provide & Install Non-Slip Surfacing on Walkways at Westside's Freshman Academy. The District intends for this vendor to assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience. 1. Provide & Install SaniMax Seal System to outside walkways. 2. Apply SaniMax Topical Sealer with anti-slip additive Double 50 Girt to exterior sidewalks noted 3. Include required surface prep 4. Approx 4,785 square feet of surface *All measurements are estimated. Contractor will be responsible for exact measurements. 5. Site visit is available upon request. 6. Invoice must be submitted within 30 days of work being completed. 7. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and all trash disposed of off-site. 8.
