On behalf of Anderson School District Three, Anderson County Board of Education is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of a new Hobart Model CL44 Dishmachine at Flat Rock Elementary. New unit to have electrical tank heat, electric built in booster heater, right to left operation, 480-volt 3 phase, standard height, one table limit switch and three sheet pan racks. Standard chamber opening dimensions: 22 x 19 11/16 to accommodate up to six 18x 26 sheet pans in one rack. (Optional higher than standard chamber opening of 22 x 24) The machine MUST be Energy Star rated. Final rinse rate: 92 gallons per hour (GPH). The machine should have a minimum capacity of 202 racks per hour
