Question Deadline 06/20/2025 All questions should be emailed to the Director of Purchasing & Warehouse Services to scottorr@Anderson5.net (a) Any prospective Offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing The District intends for this vendor to assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience. Completion Date: July 20, 2025 Location: Westside High Small Teacher Parking Lot 1. Repair sunken driveway area at small teacher parking lot 2. See pictures (pgs 4-5) 3. Remove existing asphalt and dispose of off site 4. Install gravel base to ensure level driveway 5. Install 2" binder 6. Install 2" surface mix 7. Approximate Dimensions 24'L x 20"W (Contractor is responsible for exact measurements) 8. Area is marked with white paint 9. Site visit available upon request. 10. Invoice must be submitted within 30 days of work being completed. 11. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and all trash disposed of off-site. 12. No tobacco products of any kind on school grounds 24/7/365 13. Start Date: Upon receipt of PO 14. Completion Date: July 20, 2025 15.
