Site work for a civil project in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
This project generally consists of the removal and replacement of watermain and valves, and installation of new storm culverts, replacement of sanitary sewers, manholes, catch basins; and all other related appurtenances and accessories necessary to complete the Work. The location of the project site is State Street between US 30 (14 th Street) and the UP Railroad tracks, Chicago Heights, Illinois. Question Deadline 06/06/2025 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the Specifications or Drawings shall be submitted in writing to Owner at least five (5) days prior to opening of Bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an Addendum. Any interpretation of the Contract Documents will be made only by Addendum duly issued or delivered by the Owner to each person receiving a set of Contract Documents Direct questions to Mr. John P.
