The City of Madras has obtained an Integrated Planning Grant (IPG) from Business Oregon for $25,000. The City is seeking the services of a qualified consulting firm to complete the project within the approved grant budget of $25,000. Generally, this project is to create a GIS inventory of brownfields and development opportunities on brownfield sites, engage the community on the GIS inventory, and prepare an EPA Community-wide Brownfield Assessment Grant application for the City of Madras within the $25,000 project budget. The project is to be completed in full by no later than December 1, 2025. The document below is intended to provide interested consultants with sufficient information to prepare and submit a proposal for consideration by the City of Madras. Substantive questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to Nicholas Snead, Director of Community Development Director at the address above or Nicholas Snead nsnead@cityofmadras.us by April 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Award of Contract July 22, 2025.
