Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Madras, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not limited to, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, potable water, electrical, earthwork, agg base,concrete sidewalks, curbs, paving, irrigation, landscaping,and park amenities. Work shall be substantially completed by November 28, 2026. In determiningthe lowest responsive Bid, the City shall, in accordance withOAR 137-046-0310, add a percentage increase to the Bid of a nonresident bidder equal to the percentage, if any, of thepreference given to the bidder in the state in which the bidderresides.
