The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. The County Board will consider award of the contract at the June 24, 2025 County Board Meeting contingent upon County Engineer & County Attorney review. It is the County's intent to start construction middle of July 2025 with completion by end of June 2026.
