Award Date: 24/6/2025 Contract Start Date: 28/7/2025 Construction Start Date: 28/7/2025 Construction End Date: 30/6/2026 CSAH 5 over the Elk River (250' to the South & 250' to the North) Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations This project has a 12.1% DBE Goal No bidder may withdraw their bid (which shall include the bid bond) within 15 days of the scheduled submittal date of 1:00 PM, Thursday, June 12, 2025. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. The County Board will consider award of the contract at the June 24, 2025 County Board Meeting contingent upon County Engineer & County Attorney review. It is the County's intent to start construction middle of July 2025 with completion by end of June 2026.
