This project includes site preparation, electrical service setup, installation of Level 2 and Level 3 EV chargers, traffic control, signage, and environmental protection measures. It is designed to support sustainable transportation, meet ADA compliance standards, and align with federal and state construction regulations. . The Major Quantities of Work are: EV Charging Station LS 1 Install Bollard EA 10 Service Cabinet EA 1 Electrical Service LS 1 Sediment Control Log Type Compost LF 410 Pavement Message Paint SF 221 Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond for at least five percent (5% ) of the amount of the bid. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. The County Board will consider award of the contract at the August 19, 2025 County Board Meeting contingent upon County Engineer & County Attorney review.
