No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid (Which Shall Include the Bid Bond) Within 15 Days of the Scheduled Bid Submittal Date of Thursday, August 14, 2025. The County Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Minor Irregularities. The County Board Will Consider Award of the Contract at the September 2, 2025 County Board Meeting Contingent Upon County Engineer & County Attorney Review.
