The general scope of work included in the project is as follows: Selective demolition and site preparation as noted on the drawings to accommodate 1 relocated modular classroom unit (Modus Type B Unit) to Ecole La Mission School. The installation of a protective temporary security fence around the construction areas. Restoration of existing Ecole Claudette-Et-Denis-Tardif School (Sherwood Park, Alberta) after removal of existing modular classroom to be relocated. Transportation of existing modular classroom to be relocated from Ecole Claudette-Et-Denis Tardif School (Sherwood Park) to Ecole La Mission School. Coordinating the installation of the required screw piles to support the relocated modular classroom. Connection and set-up of one (1) relocated modular classroom, including skirting, and flashings at Ecole La Mission School. Repair any damage to hard or soft landscaped areas to the existing school sites. All associated mechanical and electrical work.
