PS 1 (Brooklyn) - Full Program Accessibility/Fire Alarm System Replacement/Roofs Liquidated Damages: Three Thousand ($3,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form . The Contractor shall commence Work under this Contract at a date to be specified in a Notice to Proceed (NTP) letter issued by the SCA and, shall substantially complete Work on the Project, on or before 900 continuous calendar days from the date in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion for the Performance Period on or before 990 continuous calendar days from NTP date.
