The City anticipates the scope of work to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items will be included in the scope of the VINE STREET REHABILITATION - FROM RED RIVER ST TOP MOCKINGBIRD LANE ; - Rehabilitation of the roadway excavating existing base material, lime stabilizing the subgrade, geo-grid, limestone base, seal coat and HMAC overlay from McCright St. to Mockingbird Ln. - Overlay existing asphalt from McCright St. to Red River Lane with 2 HMAC. - All other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project.
