The City of Victoria, "the City," intends to purchase and invites you to submit a sealed proposal for construction services for: Brownson Park Sidewalk Improvements. The City reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses. The City anticipates the scope of work to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items will be included in the scope of the Brownson Park Sidewalk Improvements: o Construct 4', 5', and 6' wide sidewalks. o Construct handicap parking spaces. o Remove & replace curb ramp at Laurent St. & Goodwin Ave. o Construct curb ramp at Goodwin Ave. & Cleveland St. o All other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project. The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards. The selected Respondent will be also responsible for: obtaining all applicable permits and inspections; providing all necessary performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates; and providing the Owner with all manufacturers' warranties and all operations and maintenance (O & M) manuals for all equipment installed. The selected Respondent may be required to perform some or all of the following pre-construction and construction services. Preconstruction Services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, planning and value engineering the Work. Construction Services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, all work associated with construction, occupancy and warranty of the facilities.
