**As of July 24 , 2025 , this project has been cancelled and no plan to rebid. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days. Work To Be Done: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the project titled 200,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank - Division B as shown on the construction drawings. In general, the work consists of a 200,000-gallon elevated water storage tank with a height of 140.0' from the top of the concrete foundation to the tank overflow. Also included are yard piping, erosion control, grassing, grading, fencing, electrical, painting of tank and logo, and any additional appurtenances necessary for a complete and operational tank and all other associated measures shown in the construction drawing and specifications for a complete project. All work shall be done in accordance with plans and specifications. This work will be awarded in one contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
