Site work for a transportation facility in Hickory, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, or by a certified check payable to City of Hickory, North Carolina, and drawn on some bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina, for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. A performance bond and a labor and material payment bond are required from the contractor awarded this contract. All bids will be awarded by the City of Hickory No bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the closing time for the receipt of bids. The City of Hickory reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technical defects in the execution of the submission of any bid. Envelopes containing proposals must be sealed and addressed to Ms. Amy Jackson, Finance Coordinator, Hickory Regional Airport, 3101 9 th Ave. Dr. NW, Hickory, North Carolina 28601. Envelopes must be marked as follows: "Runway 24 EMAS", Contractor's name, address, and license number listed on the envelope
