Bidder Shall Write on the Outside of Submittal Envelope: The name of the General Contractor The Project Title and Bid Number Date, time, and address of bid opening Bids Shall Not Be Qualified With Any Statements on the Bid Forms or by Separate Attachment. All pages of this document will be used as the contract. Bidders shall submit ALL pages of this document and supplemental pages with completed information. Liquidated Damages As discussed in further detail under General Conditions Item 40, in the event the Contractor fails to substantially complete construction required under this agreement in the time allotted, Contractor shall reimburse the City for liquidated damages. Project Postponed and will be re-tendered September, 2025: Due to recent internal budget arrangements, this project will be primarily funded by federal money through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). This will require an additional environmental assessment and additional documentation from the bidding contractors including Davis Bacon wage determination.
