Site work for a mixed-use development in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility; and water / sewer project.
The project is the water tank restoration at Avery Mitchell Correctional Institute, 600 Amity Road, Spruce Pine, NC 28777. The work will consist of the removal and replacement of existing coatings and repair of substrates. If a bidder elects to mail their bid, we strongly urge that the bid be mailed to ensure receipt at our mailing address 48 hours prior to the bid opening to ensure receipt prior to the designated bid opening date and time. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
