The kind of materials, estimated quantities, and work to be done for the project on which bids will be received are as shown on the bid proposal for said project. Bidder hereby agrees to commence under this contract in accordance with the following two (2) Construction Windows. This project is subject to the requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation. The owner has established a contract goal of 0.00 percent participation for small business concerns owned and controlled by qualified disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). The bidder shall make and document good faith efforts, as defined in Appendix A of 49 CFR Part 26, to meet the established goal. For bids over $100,000, the City of Davenport requires a bid bond, certified check, or a cashier's check, of which a claim may be made against as specified in the "Instructions to Bidders".
