The proposed work includes all labor, materials, tools, supplies, utility and transportation services, equipment, and all incidentals necessary for the N. Division Street Pavement Reconstruction Project from W. 9th Street to W. 12th Street. All work must be performed in strict compliance with the plans and specifications prepared by City Staff. Questions Deadline: 3/30/2026 11:00 AM (CT) Bids must be submitted electronically and be free of all sales taxes. For bids over $100,000, a Bid Bond of 5% of the bid amount is required and must be attached in the electronic submission. Awarded contractors for bids over $100,000 must furnish a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the Contract amount. Work on site is expected to be available by July 20, and all work, including cleanup and equipment removal, must be completed within 60 working days. Liquidated damages are set at $1,000 per day. Bidders must include Certificates of Insurance for General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Vehicle insurance coverages. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and irregularities. Contractors must ensure non-discrimination in employment and are encouraged to contact DBE sub-contractors.
