Renovation of a power facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Qualifications for this project are due via email to Jessica Payne at jpayne@mlgw.org on or before 1 PM CDT/CST on Tuesday, June 6, 2025. Bidders must obtain and submit a pre-qualification letter stating they are a certified applicator of one (1) of three (3) approved Roofing Manufacturers: Siplast, Soprema, and Tremco. They must also provide a certificate from the manufacturer proving the roofing Contractor can provide a 20-year manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Bidders must provide proof of possessing a minimum of five (5) years of roofing and demolition experience. The project scope is to provide supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and materials to remove, demolish, and replace the existing roof on MLGW's Electric Substations located at various locations throughout Memphis, Shelby County, TN, as listed in the Specifications Section. The work should be performed in accordance with the NRCA Roofing and Waterproofing Manual and the manufacturer's instructions and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and Specifications. Questions regarding this Sealed Bid must be submitted to MLGW in writing via email to jpayne@mlgw.org with "Contract No. C2833 - Written Inquiry" in the subject line by no later than 1 PM CST on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
