This project, Fletcher Creek Greenway, Phase 3, involves a multi-use trail connecting the end of Greenway Phase 2 to the Northwest corner of Brother Boulevard and Appling Road. The trail includes a 12-foot-wide concrete path that is approximately 820 feet long and is to be used by pedestrians and bicycles. All work will be within the existing 30-foot-wide bike and pedestrian public easement. PROPOSAL CONTRACTS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE TIME SET FOR OPENING BIDS A Prime Contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the "Tennessee Code Annotated" and Tennessee Department of Transportation Rule 1680-5-3 prequalification of contractors before biddable proposals will be furnished.
