Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Bridgeton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a 69,500-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 7,100-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.
The New Jersey Schools Development Authority ("NJSDA") is seeking to engage a firm to serve as Design-Builder, who, along with the Design-Builder's chosen Design Consultant and other members of a Design-Build Team ("DB Team"), will provide design, construction administration and general contracting services for the Bridgeton High School Additions and Renovations in Bridgeton, NJ. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the NJSDA's regulations at N.J.A.C. 19:36-1 et seq. (regarding Design-Build procurements), and as further described below and in the Request for Proposals ("RFP") issued by the NJSDA. - The Project Scope includes Additions and Renovations to the existing Bridgeton High School to provide additional capacity to educate 326 students. Pursuant to the Electronic Construction Procurement Act, N.J.S.A. 52:34A-1 through C.52:34A-8, this procurement will employ an electronic bidding process.
