** As of June 30, 2025, project was awarded to Rieth-Riley Construction Co Inc, with awarded amount of $1,561,360 ** The Project Consists of 2 Street Segments Wholly Within the Town of Walkerton: Virginia Street From Jackson St. To Maine St. , 2" Mill and Fill, Storm Sewer Improvements, and Road Markings. Washington Street From Park Dr. To Illinois St. , 14" Remove and Replace, Water Main and Lateral Tie-ins, Sidewalk Improvements, Stormwater Improvements, and Road Markings. Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid Will Be Required With Each Bid as Security for the Proper Execution of the Contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond Will Be Required of Successful Bidder. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informality in Bidding or to Accept the Bid, Consistent With Law, Which Best Serves the Interest of the Owner.
