Project Description: The Work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment and materials to remove and reconstruct the existing pedestrian walking paths, install a drainage swale, seed and stabilize as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. The work also includes milling one of the designated trail sections to the subbase and proper hauling and disposal of millings. Questions Due Date: May 30th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT. The work shall be completed and ready for final payment no later than September 5, 2025. No construction activities, including those for punch list items, shall be permitted after August 29, 2025. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid Opening or for such period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request. Bids may be withdrawn within two (2) business days after the opening of Bids only by the withdrawing Bidder's strict compliance with 73 P.S. 1602 and any subsequent amendments. If the Contract Price exceeds $175,000.00, the project is also subject to the Township's Responsible Contractor Ordinance, as amended. Warminster Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
