Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Prince Edward, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and playground / park / athletic field.
Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for the work involved in the paving renewal at Sophiasburgh Central School. This project's Scope of Work includes removals as necessary to complete the required work, full depth replacement of parking and bus asphalt areas, asphalt replacement for student play pad, concrete sidewalk replacement, concrete stairs, landing and railings, pavement markings, and associated work as stated on the design drawings. Further details relating to this work are provided herein and in the specifications and drawings provided on the Bidding System Question Deadline: Tue Jun 3, 2025 4:00:00 PM (EDT) Quotations must be submitted electronically through the Bidding System Duration in months: 2 Site Walkthrough Event Attendance will be taken at the commencement of the meeting and only those in attendance for the full length of the meeting will be eligible to submit quotations. Quotations received from General Contractors not on the list of attendees at the site visit/ prequotation meeting will not be considered. Sub-trade respondents are also encouraged to attend this meeting as an introduction to the scope of work required by General Contractors. There will be no meeting minutes taken at site meetings by HPEDSB. Where respondents require clarification on any matter following the site meeting the written Question and Answer process on the Bidding System must be followed.
