This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board ("HPEDSB") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Renovation of Learning Commons (Phase 1) and Main Office at Prince Edward Collegiate Institute. HPEDSB is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to renovate the main office/guidance area of the school to create new offices and meeting spaces, in addition to creating a conference room in the former front lobby of the school, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). Question Deadline: Thu Jul 3, 2025 4:00:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 3 Site Walkthrough Event Attendance will be taken at the commencement of the meeting and only those in attendance for the full length of the meeting will be eligible to submit quotations. Quotations received from General Contractors not on the list of attendees at the site visit/pre-quotation meeting will not be considered. Sub-trade respondents are also encouraged to attend this meeting as an introduction to the scope of work required by General Contractors. There will be no meeting minutes taken at site meetings by HPEDSB. Where respondents require clarification on any matter following the site meeting the written Question and Answer process on the Bidding System must be followed.
