This Request for Proposal is for selecting a vendor to provide the following services to seal and repair masonry and address control joints and window/door frames at Sparta Elementary School and the Sparta Middle School Gym: Water Repellant 1. Remove deteriorated mortar and install new mortar where deemed necessary. 2. Pressure wash and clean split face block. 3. Apply water repellant to split face block. Control Joints and Window/Door Frames Sealant 1. Remove deteriorated sealant from control joint in split face block. 2. Remove deteriorated sealant where window/door frames meet block. 3. Apply new sealant in control joints and from window/door frames to block. Please include available warranty information
