Scope of Work or Project Details Parks department is looking to install commercially graded rated new swing arm gate system (maximum 1400hp) to mount on the existing gate on east side entrance of Equestrian Center. The existing gate dimensions are as follows: 39.25" high, 51.25" from ground, 155" long, 13" between rails. Must include keypad at gate that can be changed via phone or computer, by Parks staff 24/7. Must include a sensor on exit for free exit and safety without cutting into roadway aluminum pedestal for mounting keypad. Quote to include concrete pad for mounting of keypad pedestal. Quote must include terms of warranty. Question Submission Deadline: June 9, 2025, 5:00pm
